SECOND VISIT
Welcome Back. Today the doctors will
explain the results of your examinations, offer choices
for appropriate care, and begin your chiropractic care.
Here's what you can expect:
- VIDEO: You'll see a short video
so you can understand your X-rays and the doctors'
report and recommendations.
- REPORT OF FINDINGS: You'll see
your X-rays and scans and receive a thorough
explanation of the examination results.
- TREATMENT PLAN: The doctors
will outline a treatment plan individually designed
for your unique spinal problems and health
complaint.
- EXPECTATIONS: Based on clinical
experiences, the doctors will explain your prospects
for recovery and what you can do to help speed the
healing process.
- FINANCIAL ISSUES: So we can
direct all of our attention to your recovery, the
financial responsibility for your case will be
discussed.
- QUESTIONS: Make sure you fully
understand the nature and severity of your condition
and what our office will be doing to help you. Ask

- THERAPEUTIC MODALITIES:
Depending on your specific case, prior to your
adjustment you may require the use of various forms
of physical therapy in order to help make you more
comfortable and assist in the healing process. If
needed, these adjunctive procedures will be
explained to you in detail.
- ADJUSTMENTS: The doctor will
use a carefully directed and controlled pressure to
restore the moveable bones of your spine to a more
normal motion and position. These procedures are
called chiropractic adjustments.
